Retractable ladder for TERRACE with rigid structure with 4 moving parts consisting of 10 steps in 15/10 molded sheet metal and painted white (RAL 9010) and mobile structure made of tubular steel (50 x 20 mm) and shock and return springs for facilitate the opening and closing of the same staircase.
On the staircase there is a double lateral handrail welded on the right and left side of the upright (for widths of 70 cm) - or only on the right side (for widths of 50 cm and 60 cm) - and landing handles to facilitate the exit to the floor higher.
The frame is in 10/10 galvanized steel sheet while the trap door is made of a first choice chipboard panel (16 mm thick) with minimal formaldehyde emission (class E1 standard UNI EN 13986: 2005).
The rigid attic ladder is certified according to UNI EN 14975: 2007 and guarantees a load capacity of 150 kg as it has been tested with a static test load of 260 kg.
