Scaffold Full + Platform mt. 6.70 h. Working

The FULL scaffold was built for semi-professional use but is also widely used by professionals. The scaffold allows you to work at a maximum working height of 6.70 meters. Therefore, it can be used both indoors and outdoors at small and medium heights, thanks to the stabilizing rods included as standard for this model. Additionally, as accessories, piston levelers can be added in the accessories section to level the base of the scaffold in the presence of unevenness. Due to its reduced width dimensions (without stabilizers), it passes through corridors, doors, and narrow spaces. The full scaffold is complete with a work platform with a hatch measuring 62x160 cm with a hatch opening.

COMPOSITION OF THE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS PROVIDED

• BASE WITH WHEELS: Scaffold base dimensions 1.60x0.84 meters: The base of the Scaffold is composed of 2 swivel rubber wheels with 125Ø brake and 2 fixed rubber wheels with 125Ø plate mounted on a structure with a composition of 2 base components and 2 horizontal squares connecting the same base components.
• 150 CM LIFT: The lifts are composed of 2 uprights + 2 horizontal currents and 4 diagonal braces.
• 100 CM TERMINAL GUARDRAIL: The guardrail is composed of 2 side uprights + 2 terminal horizontals and 4 diagonal braces.
• 150 CM STABILIZING RODS: The stabilizing rods are composed of 1 150 cm upright and 1 horizontal brace and two 35 mm collars with knobs. It will be delivered already assembled.
• WORK PLATFORM WITH HATCH: The work platform has a dimension of 155x62 cm, the structure is galvanized metal, with wind safety placed on a support hook, the upper part, i.e., the walking surface, is made of 9 mm phenolic birch plywood, non-slip and water-repellent. 1/3 of the work platform is composed of the hatch with magnetic anti-opening closure. Capacity 150 kg.

Note: The UNI EN 1004 standard allows a maximum scaffold height of up to 12 meters indoors and up to 8 meters outdoors. Exceeding the aforementioned measurements requires anchoring to a fixed structure every 3 meters, as referenced in D.lgs. 81/2008.
