The iron scaffolding Mod. FULL Produced by the Piscopiello scaffolding and a very versatile scaffolding in fact it is used both by professionals for not too demanding heights in both indoor and outdoor environments and by private individuals who improvise painters or restorers. The scaffolding can lead to work the operator almost at an altitude of 7 m. it also depends on the height of the operator himself. The Full scaffolding is able to work both indoors and outdoors with uneven ground, in fact thanks to the levelers placed in this equipment and on the base, which allow leveling in descent or uneven floor conditions. Given its small width dimensions (without stabilizers) it passes through corridors, doors and very narrow spaces. The full scaffolding is complete with a worktop with a hatch measuring 62x160 cm. with hatch opening.

COMPOSITION OF SUPPLIED STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS

• BASE WITH WHEELS: Scaffold footprint m. 1.60x0.84: The base of the scaffold is composed of 2 swivel rubber wheels with 125Ø brake and 2 fixed plate rubber wheels with 125Ø mounted on a structure composed of 2 base components and 2 horizontal square connections between the same base components.
• HEIGHT 150 CM: the risers are composed of 2 sides + 2 horizontal currents and 4 diagonal bracings.
• TERMINAL GUARDRAIL 100 CM: the guardrail is composed of 2 side shoulders + 2 terminal horizontals and 4 diagonal braces.
• WORK PLATFORM WITH HATCH: The work platform has a dimension of 155x62 cm, the structure is in galvanized metal, with wind safety placed on a support hook, the upper part, i.e., the walking surface, is in 9 mm phenolic birch plywood, non-slip and water-repellent. 1/3 of the work platform is composed of the hatch with anti-opening magnetic closure. Capacity 150 kg.
• ECO SCREW LEVELERS: Eco model screw levelers with a maximum scaffold overhang of 12 cm. Removable at the base, they allow the leveling of the scaffold in an outdoor environment.
• HEEL PROTECTION FOOT: The perimeter door foot allows protection of the work platform via a 20 cm edge. It prevents accidental tool falls.

nb. The UNI EN 1004 standard allows a maximum scaffold height of up to 12 meters indoors and up to 8 meters outdoors. Once the previously mentioned measures are exceeded, anchoring to a fixed structure every 3 meters is mandatory, referring to Legislative Decree. 81/2008
