Scaffold prof. METAL6 Mt 8.30 h.Working

The PROFESSIONAL METAL 6 scaffolding is suitable for professionals who need to carry out work at high altitudes and not with maximum safety and stability. It is made of galvanized iron with steps and horizontal tubes in 40x15x1.5 tubular 40x1.5 cm columns with 48x3 mm clutches and 20x1.5 mm galvanized steel diagonals. It has a base dimension of 2.00X1.14 m and has a footprint that varies from 2.70 m to a maximum of 18.30 m. The base consists of 4 swivel wheels with parking brake, the wheel core and in steel and the outside is in rubber to facilitate the movement.
Unlike the scaffolding model METAL 5 that may seem similar, the metal scaffolding 6 is structurally heavier in terms of weight and diameters but the risers are from mt. 1.20 therefore simpler and easier to assemble, the horizontal ones are double rather than single like the scaffold model METAL5. So the scaffolding metal model 6 is aimed primarily at those who look for the strength of the past in the articles and that today is difficult to find anti-crushing wheel for scaffolding              

The Parapet and the base are previously galvanized and subsequently painted with polyester powders for a total protection even unlike decades.

Elements compositions:

• Base 2.00x1.14: The base is made up of 4 swivel castors with a Ø 200 brake mounted on a 50x50 mm square structure + 2 horizontal connections.

• Riser: the risers are composed of 2 shoulders + 2 horizontal connections and 4 bracing diagonals.

• Terminal: the parapet is composed of 2 side posts + 2 horizontal ends and 4 bracing diagonals.
