The highly productive PROFESSIONAL METAL 8 scaffolding thanks to its large 260X114 cm base. The mobile scaffolding or scaffolding is made of galvanized iron with 40x15x1.5 tubular steps and horizontal 40x1.5 uprights with 48x3 mm couplings and steel diagonals. galvanized 20x1.5. It has a basic size of 2.60X1.10 meters and has a height that varies from 2.70 meters to a maximum of 18.30 meters. The base of the scaffolding is made up of 4 high capacity swivel wheels with parking brake. The differences with the scaffolding commonly on the market are the basic length dimensions of the usual approx. 2.00 meters while the Metal 8 scaffolding has a size of 2.60 meters and therefore ample space for the productivity it offers. The risers or spans are from mt. 1.20 therefore simpler and easier to assemble and the horizontal bars are double and greatly strengthen the structure instead of single ones as in common scaffolding. Anti-crushing wheels
The METAL8 scaffolding is supplied with 4 swivel castors with a Ø 200 mm high-capacity brake in nylon and neoprene protection. The wheels with these characteristics allow to avoid the crushing of the normal rubber wheels when subjected to not indifferent loads, in addition the neoprene coating protects fine floors from scratches or stains that the normal rubber wheels release. |

Fully removable base
The base of the Metal 8 scaffolding can be quickly assembled from 4 pieces in a single piece, this allows for simple and space-saving transport and storage. The base was built to give maximum stability to the scaffold and has a double protection against wear as it is first galvanized and then painted with epoxy powders. |

Horizontal double bar

Work surface anti slip
The worktop is built with a galvanized iron frame and the top is in non-slip treated wood, the car play multilayer wood is treated to withstand bad weather (water, humidity etc.). The top is extremely light and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding. |

Security lock
All the Worktops of professional scaffolding are equipped with an anti-wind safety hook.Once the worktop is positioned at the desired height, simply lower the hook with a rapid movement to secure the worktop from any accidental release. |

Stabilizing Rods Collar
The stabilizing rods are blocked by means of a double joint with fast coupling / release, this allows total blocking of the element and consequently extreme stability to the scaffold. To move the scaffolding, just release the joint slightly and lift the rod. |

Quick coupling pin
The risers are locked using diagonals, which are hooked by means of the pin with cascade lever, this system allows the scaffolding to be assembled / disassembled in a very short time and in an extremely easy way. The cascade lever allows a secure coupling of the diagonals. |

Lame for overhangs and stairs
The lame can be adjusted every 20 cm and has a minimum overhang of 20 cm and a maximum of 120 cm. this allows the scaffolding to be positioned on stairs, overhangs, etc. The lame can be mounted on the scaffolding on both the short and long sides. Predisposition for mounting the wheels. |
