The Metal 8 scaffolding, a highly productive scaffolding thanks to its basic dimensions, offers the best on large facades. Metal 8 is aimed at professionals who need to carry out work at high heights and not, but with maximum safety and stability. It is built in electrolytically robust but not heavy galvanized iron, with 40x15x1.5 tubular steps and horizontal 40x1.5 uprights with 48x3 couplings and 20x1.5 galvanized iron diagonals. It has a base size of 2.60 X1.10 m and has a footprint that varies from 2.70 m to a maximum of 18.30 m. The base consists of 4 high-capacity swivel wheels with a parking brake. The differences with the M6 scaffolding are only the basic length dimensions of Mt.2.00 for the Metal 6 scaffolding, and MT.2.50 for the aforementioned M8. The risers are from mt. 1.20 therefore simpler and easier to assemble and the horizontals are double instead of single like the Metal 5 scaffolding which would be more commercial. In conclusion, the Metal 8 scaffolding is aimed at those who look for the robustness of the past in articles and which today more on the market.

- Base m.2,60x1,14: The base is composed of 4 swivel castors with brake 200Ø motate on square structure + 2 horizontal connection.
- Raised / span: the risers are composed of 2 parapets + 2 horizontal currents and 4 bracing diagonals.
- Terminal: the parapet is composed of 2 lateral shoulders + 2 horizontal terminals and 4 bracing diagonals.

Anti-crushing wheels
The METAL8 scaffolding is supplied with 4 Ø 200 mm high-capacity nylon wheels with neoprene protection and all with swivel axles with brakes. The wheels with these characteristics allow to avoid the crushing of the normal rubber wheels when subjected to not indifferent loads, in addition the neoprene coating protects precious floors from scratches or stains that the normal rubber wheels release. |

Fully removable base
The base of the Metal 8 scaffolding can be quickly assembled from 4 pieces in a single piece, this allows a simple and space-saving transport and storage. The base was built to give maximum stability to the scaffold and has a double protection against wear as it is first galvanized and then painted with epoxy powders. |

Horizontal double bar

Complete anti-slip work surface 250x94 cm
The worktop is built with a galvanized iron frame and the top is in non-slip treated wood, the car play multilayer wood is treated to withstand bad weather (water, humidity etc.). The top is extremely light and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding |

Security lock
All the Worktops of professional scaffolding are equipped with an anti-wind safety hook.Once the worktop is positioned at the desired height, simply lower the hook with a rapid movement to secure the worktop from any accidental release. |

Stabilizing Rods Collar
The stabilizing rods are locked by means of a double joint with fast coupling / release, this allows total blocking of the element and consequently extreme stability to the scaffold. To move the scaffolding, just release the joint slightly and lift the rod. |

Quick coupling pin
The lifting of the risers takes place through diagonals, which are hooked by means of the pin with cascade lever, this system allows the scaffolding to be assembled / disassembled in a very short time and in an extremely easy way. The cascade lever allows a secure coupling of the diagonals. |

Lame for overhangs and stairs
The lame can be adjusted every 20 cm and has a minimum overhang of 20 cm and a maximum of 120 cm. this allows the scaffolding to be positioned on stairs, overhangs, etc. The lame can be mounted on the scaffolding on both the short and long sides. Predisposition for mounting the wheels. |
