The METAL 8 PROFESSIONAL scaffolding is suitable for professionals who need to carry out work at high heights and not but with the maximum safety and stability that a Metal 8 scaffolding offers. It is built in galvanized steel with steps and horizontal tubular 40x15x1.5 posts 40x1.5 with 48x3 couplings and 20x1.5 galvanized steel diagonals. It has a basic size of 2.60X1.10 meters and has a height that varies from 2.70 meters to a maximum of 18.30 meters. The base is made up of 4 high-capacity swivel wheels with parking brake. The differences with the scaffolding commonly on the market are only the basic length dimensions of the usual approx. Mt.2.00 while the M8 scaffolding is of mt. 2.50. The risers or spans are from mt. 1.20 meters therefore simpler and easier to assemble and the horizontal ones are double instead of single like the common scaffolding.In conclusion, the Metal 8 scaffolding is aimed at those who look for the robustness of the past in the articles and who are no longer on the market today. The most important feature and its wide productivity on a facade thanks to the dimensions of the base.

- Base m.2,60x1,14: The base is made up of 4 swivel wheels with 200Ø brake driven on a square structure + 2 horizontal connection.
- Riser / span: the risers are made up of 2 shoulders + 2 horizontal beams and 4 diagonal braces.
- Terminal: the parapet is made up of 2 lateral shoulders + 2 horizontal terminals and 4 diagonal braces.

Anti-crushing wheels
The METAL8 scaffolding is supplied with 4 Ø 200 mm high-capacity nylon wheels with neoprene protection and all with swivel axles with brakes. The wheels with these characteristics allow to avoid the crushing of the normal rubber wheels when subjected to not indifferent loads, in addition the neoprene coating protects precious floors from scratches or stains that the normal rubber wheels release. |

Fully removable base
The base of the Metal 8 scaffolding can be quickly assembled from 4 pieces in a single piece, this allows for simple and space-saving transport and storage. The base was built to give maximum stability to the scaffold and has a double protection against wear as it is first galvanized and then painted with epoxy powders. |

Horizontal double bar

Work surface anti slip
The worktop is built with a galvanized iron frame and the top is in non-slip treated wood, the car play multilayer wood is treated to withstand bad weather (water, humidity etc.). The top is extremely light and facilitates assembly and disassembly of the scaffolding |

Security lock
All the Worktops of professional scaffolding are equipped with an anti-wind safety hook.Once the worktop is positioned at the desired height, simply lower the hook with a rapid movement to secure the worktop from any accidental release. |

Stabilizing Rods Collar
The stabilizing rods are locked by means of a double joint with fast coupling / release, this allows total blocking of the element and consequently extreme stability to the scaffold. To move the scaffolding, just release the joint slightly and lift the rod. |

Quick coupling pin
